Dr Rajneesh Kumar is a seasoned Indian Air Force veteran with over three decades of cross-domain experience across operational, policy, and functional roles in the IAF and the Ministry of Defence. An expert on India–Russia and India–Central Asia relations, he is the author of India’s Aerospace Power: The Central Asian Dynamics.

A strategic leader in defence logistics and capital acquisitions, he has led high-value procurement programmes, international defence collaborations, and critical logistics operations in both conflict and peacetime. He has played a key role in advancing Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives, with deep expertise in the Defence Acquisition Procedure and complex contract negotiations.

A Qualified Independent Director empanelled with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Dr Kumar is associated with leading institutions, including MP-IDSA, USI, IIMM, IICA, and the Aeronautical Society of India. He has also served in the Cabinet Secretariat and, most recently, as Senior Fellow at CAPSS, New Delhi, focusing on India’s strategic interests in Central Asia.

Dr Shiv Shakti Nath Bakshi is a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with extensive experience in parliamentary coordination, organisational management, and ideological articulation.

He currently serves as the Office Secretary of the BJP Parliamentary Party, where he plays a key role in ensuring effective coordination and institutional functioning. As the National Convenor of the BJP Publication Department and Editor of Kamal Sandesh, he provides intellectual and editorial leadership, as well as policy discourse.

He is also a Member of the BJP National Executive.

Dr. Iska Sunil Kumar is a public leader, entrepreneur, and sports advocate. He served as State President of the BJP (SC Morcha), Andhra Pradesh, contributing to organisational leadership and social outreach. A committed sports enthusiast, he supports Sports Vision 2035.

Professionally, he has held key positions at the State Bank of India, BPCL, and LIC of India, serving across multiple regions of India. With international exposure dating back to 1995 in the United States, he has played a pivotal role in facilitating Indian exports to global retailers, including Walmart, and has conducted business operations across nearly 47 countries.
