Dr Abhishek Pratap Singh
Head (Asia Division)Dr Abhishek Pratap Singh has a PhD in Chinese Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Centre for India Studies, Shenzhen University, and was invited to the Visiting Sinologists Program at Jinan University, Guangzhou, by the Ministry of Culture, China.
He was a delegate at the BRICS School at Fudan University, Shanghai, and a Fellow at the South Asia Democratic Forum, Brussels. He is also an honorary member of the Hindi Advisory Committee, NITI Aayog and a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee, Dr Ambedkar International Convention Centre, New Delhi, under the Government of India.
Presently, he teaches courses on Global Politics at Deshbandhu College, University of Delhi.
Dr Neha Sinha
Head (Africa Division)Dr Neha Sinha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Dr B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, and a Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research and Governance, New Delhi.
She has previously served as Assistant Professor-II at the Amity Institute of International Studies and as Research Fellow at the Indian Council of World Affairs.
Dr Sinha has also been associated with the Vivekananda International Foundation as an Associate Fellow.
Her areas of expertise include Political Science, Diaspora and Migration Studies, African Studies, International Relations, and Foreign Policy.
Dr. Nikhil Jain
Head (Global Electoral Landscape Division)Dr. Nikhil Jain is an academic and policy analyst associated with the VISVANITI Foundation, specialising in International Relations and global elections.
His work focuses on geopolitics, democratic processes, and comparative political systems, with a keen interest in the Global South, governance trends, and contemporary international affairs.
Presently, he teaches courses on Political Science at Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, University of Delhi.
Ms Upma Kashyap
Head (Americas Division)Ms Upma Kashyap is an award-winning researcher in International Relations and a policy analyst working at the intersection of global diplomacy, education, and public discourse.
An alumna of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, she is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations (American Studies) at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
She has received multiple national and international honours, including the Ed-Falcon Global Award (Emerging Researcher of the Year), Influential Women Leader in Indian Education, and the Inspiration Award (2025).
An Associate Fellow (Hon..) at the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies, she is an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow and a former Visiting Doctoral Fellow at the University of Zurich.
Her research interests include U.S. studies, security and Indo-Pacific studies, non-proliferation, strategic technologies, and global governance.
